Twin Lights Recovery was founded by a Plymouth House, and Baystate Recovery alumni, who after a major relapse, and birth of his sons, realized how important his recovery was. He is passionate about bringing the opportunities he was given in recovery to other men, especially those with children. He also started a unique A.A. meeting in Gloucester, MA which is called "Easy Does It Dads", that is specifically tailored toward fathers in recovery.
Twin Lights Recovery is located in historic, and beautiful Gloucester, MA. The house features 3 floors of living space, with all floors having kitchens and bathrooms, which lend to an "independent" living feel. The main floor features 2 "lounging" areas with TV's, which promote community engagement. The property has an on-site laundry room, a separate meeting/writing room, and office for staff. The houses location abutting a city park is in the perfect location for men in early recovery. With a basketball court, softball fields, gym, and boxing club, all with 100 yards of the house, there will always be plenty to do.
Twin Lights Recovery requires all prospective guests to be willing to put into action a 12 Step program as laid out in the Big Book. Men will be interviewed to gauge their level of willingness and commitment to their recovery. This is to ensure that all residents are pulling in the same direction while in the house. Please email all sober living related questions to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 978-325-0899.
